EuroMillions is a multi-national-European lottery that holds draws every Tuesday and Friday evening in Paris, France. How to Play EuroMillions
Players select five main numbers from 1 to 50 and two Lucky Stars from 1 to 12, and will win the jackpot if they match the entire winning line drawn on the night. There are also 12 other prize tiers which give away great cash rewards, and the overall odds of winning a prize 1 in 13.
The jackpot increases every time there is a rollover until it reaches a cap of €240 million. At this point, the top prize will remain fixed until it is won or there have been four further draws, and then the €240 million will roll down into the next winning tier. During this time, any funds raised from ticket sales that would have normally been added to the top prize are instead rolled down and shared between winning players in the next-highest prize tier.
At various points throughout the year, EuroMillions Superdraws are held, when the jackpot on offer will be worth a fixed nine-figure sum. The normal rules apply and the jackpot will continue to increase in value if there is no winner.
